Job Summary and Responsibilities:
The Web Developer will develop, maintain, and support. TFM software applications and other custom solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Experience:
Full-stack development: 3 years (Preferred)
SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
React: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Summary and Responsibilities:
The Web Developer will develop, maintain, and support. TFM software applications and other custom solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Respond to and resolve software related help desk tickets
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness
- Understand and use multiple programming languages to code
- Review and test code submissions from other developer on the teams
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Writing test cases for new and existing functionality
- All other duties assigned by management
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on web development experience required
- Experience using AI coding tools to assist with the development and testing
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of both customer and carrier’s organizations
- Proven working experience in web programming
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- Experience with web-based programming languages such as PHP (preferred) or Python
- Experience with ReactJS or comparable front end frameworks
- Strong knowledge of relational database design, optimization, and SQL
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Working knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development
- Ability to effectively diagnose application problems and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with automated back end testing tools such as PHPUnit
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
- Effective communication skills are a must, as you will be expected to work with other team members not related to the IT department to work through fixes and enhancements on the site
